International desk

We work closely with ‘best friends’ law firms across Europe to allow us to support clients that require cross-border legal support. We also have strong relations with law firms outside of Europe.

We have significant experience of advising French and Italian clients with commercial interests in Belgium or international clients wishing to invest or do business in France or Italy.

Frédérique Jos and Giulia Mauri are responsible for the ‘French desk’ and ‘Italian desk’, respectively.

Our International desk offers a «one-stop-shop» approach to Italian and French clients willing to invest in Belgium and we assist and advise foreign investors having activities in Italy or France. Where necessary, we draw on our well-established network of best-friend firms in Italy, France and abroad.

Our International desk also acts as legal project manager for Italian or French companies that are expanding their activities in foreign markets.
